Our Refund Promise

We built Femme Power Code for women who want real change — and we stand behind that. Show us you tried the program as written (where a refund window applies), and if you still don’t feel a meaningful shift, we’ve got you. We ask for clear proof because digital tools only work when you use them — fair to you, fair to everyone who shows up and does the work. Where a product is final sale, you still get real help if access or downloads fail.

Below is one table with the window, what counts as proof for your product, and the email subject line — that’s the contract. After it: what we won’t refund, timing, and how to email us.

What’s Not Covered (All Products)

  • Requests sent after your product’s window.
  • Change of mind, “no time,” or never opening the files.
  • Partial completion — skipping chapters, sections, script blocks, or prompts when the table above asks for the full set.
  • Proof that doesn’t match what you bought (wrong product, unreadable images, empty templates).
  • Buy → refund → buy again to reset the clock. Refunds are for first-time purchasers on that product.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email femmepowercode@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout.
  2. Use subject [REFUND REQUEST] — Product name — Order #____ (order number is in your Shopify confirmation).
  3. In the body, briefly say what you tried and why you’re requesting a refund.
  4. Attach your proof as one bundle:
    • PDFs / exports — preferred when your product is a workbook or playbook (single combined file is OK).
    • Screenshots — clear, readable, in order; include enough context that we can see each required section is filled.
    • Name files so we can tell product + chapter or module (e.g. StopBeingOption_Ch1-7.pdf).
    • If proof spans multiple files, list them in the email in order.

We only review requests that include everything listed for your product in the table. Missing proof = automatic decline.

We reply within 24–48 business hours with next steps.

Processing Time

  • Review: typically within 5–7 business days of receiving everything we need.
  • Refund to card: 5–7 business days after approval; banks often need another 3–10 business days to show it.

If it’s been more than 14 business days since we approved your refund and nothing has posted, email us — we’ll trace it.

Bonuses After a Refund

Free PDFs or bonuses labeled “yours to keep” stay yours. Completed worksheets stay yours. For the Full Body-Mind Reset Program, course audio access ends once the refund is issued.
