After your purchase, a download email is usually sent right away to your inbox. If you don’t see it, please make sure to check your Spam or Junk folders, as it might have landed there.

If you still can’t locate your download, there’s a chance the email address was entered incorrectly during checkout — this happens often and may cause the file to be delivered to the wrong address. If you haven’t received your file and you’ve checked spam, reach out to us so we can help you directly.

Once you receive the download email, click the “Download” button. You’ll be directed to the folder with your order. You can then save it directly to your device for future access.

📝 Entered the wrong email at checkout?

No worries! Just email us at femmepowercode@gmail.com with your correct email and the name used for the order, and we’ll fix it for you right away.

🚚 When will I receive my order?

All our products are digital, so your access email is sent immediately after completing your purchase. We do not ship physical items. If you haven’t received anything, simply send us an email — we’ll resend your files ASAP.
